  The play area inside this location was terrible. There were no wipes to wipe the tables, no sanitizer, and trash was everywhere. When asked for wipes I was handed paper towels. SOMEONE did come inside and start cleaning but first impression is everything.

  Jaden who was working today on 4/6 was very helpful and patient with changes we had to make to the order for some fussy kids. He was quick and kids were SO happy! The play place here is a banger. There’s a lower level for little ones under three and the upper area keeps the older ones actively entertained. Food was SO fresh and hot. I can tell they stay busy, but quality is there.

  Not friendly service at all. No greeting when you come in nor when you go to the counter to pick up your food. There was a lady there before me waiting on her order. I don't think I'm coming back to this location. Good customer service is almost extinct 🙄🤔

  I am a doordasher in the area of Florissant and today was tasked with delivering an order from this particular McDonald's. I arrived well within the pick up time of the order (being 11:24 a.m.) and waited in line for about 5 minutes, and when the employee asked for my dash order I told her and afterwards I went to the restroom to wash my hands. whenever I returned back, the order still was not complete, which is fine, it was just that every single door dasher that came through the door would get their order before I got mine, even though I was the first one there. Someone before me was even served 2 bags, so there couldn't possibly be any excuses for my order size being larger and more time consuming to make. Keep in mind the time would be around 11:30 when another dasher walked in and presented his order to the employee. I asked for his pick up time (mine being 11:24 a.m., and his being 11:31 a.m.), he showed me while he got his order, and as well as this, the employee showcased her short term memory loss disorder, because she asked me again if I had a doordash. Like she hadn't seen my face minutes ago. At this point, I'm unhappy with the service and I need my order immediately. It took about 20 minutes to make just one order, that had barely any food (10 pc nugget, large fry, mcchicken, happy meal, and a big mac I believe). I could prepare all of that in under 8 minutes, and that's not even bragging. That should be that the average. I am also going to accuse this store of racism, because I was the only white man there and every single person in that store got there order ON TIME and IN UNDER 5 MINUTES. I'm hoping to see a response to this, or an apology, or any confirmation that this was seen or heard. If not, I will have to see if there are complaint forms at the store, or I will speak to a manager. I wish everyone involved a good day.
