She missed items on the order. I had to repeat myself over and over. Her name showed as Beauty B. I'm frankly amazed she could get her attitude in the door. She screwed up our order, and failed to even apologize. I found her entire attitude to be obnoxious and intolerable. Since this business employs this behavior, I will take my business elsewhere. The tables and floor were filthy. The guy who gave us our order was fine. If you want to be treated like dirt, this is the place to go. If you want to have to put up with a rude, obnoxious person, this is your place. If you have time to waste while the person taking your order repeatedly screws up your order, ignores you, and appatently feels that you are her lowest priority, go to this 5 Guys. If you appreciate being treated as if your very existence is abhorrent, this is your place.

I came home began to eat and it was nice until I found a black piece of hair or string (something that don’t belong) in my food 😞 I tried to call several times but the phone line was busy so I was unable to speak with anyone.
