This trip to Wendy’s was extremely frustrating, mainly because of the excessive wait in the drive-thru. I ended up sitting in line for close to an hour just to get my food, which is completely unacceptable for fast food.
What made it even worse is that there was no clear system in place to move things along. No one asked if anyone had already placed an order, no effort to speed up the line, and no explanation for the delay. You’re just stuck waiting with no idea how long it’s going to take.
By the time I finally got my food, it was cold, which only added to the frustration. Long drive-thru waits defeat the entire purpose of choosing a quick, convenient option like Wendy’s.
Overall, the wait alone ruined the experience. Sitting in a drive-thru for that long is not reasonable, and it’s enough to make me avoid this location in the future

If you wanna grab something quick you might as well make food at home because the drive thru late at night is horrendous. Been waiting in line for seriously 20 min or more now and no idea whats taking soo long. When the lady finally came to the window she didn't even apologize for any of the wait. She looked like she just sniffed something horrible when she was looking at me like she was annoyed. I normally dont wish this on anyone but EVERYONE on the night shift needs to be let go and get some people in there that can run a store. If you dont like your job, change it. All there is to it.

Very unprofessional , it says they are open and I have work and I keep seeing people in building but no one is answering or even giving customer service to say it will be a second ! I would have went somewhere else before work

If I could give 0 starts, I would. Night shift employees are rude, ignores the customers waiting in front, and gets angry when you ring the bell. I am typing this as I'm waiting to try and even get my food and they're too busy playing around. The floor is also disgusting. Soda spilled on the floor.
