- DPdebbie pruittOct 17, 20251.0My daughter and I went half on the buy one get the other for a dollar You can only get the deal through the app so we waited until we got in store to put our order in She added her toppings through the app but I wanted to select my toppings in store because they are too heavy handed for my taste The store refused to let me dress my sandwich I could only get the toppings she put in the app when I was standing right there before they even made the sandwich so suffice it to say she ended up with both sandwiches cause the toppings she had I don’t even eat some of them When I tried to find a number to complain there isn’t one and the automated system doesn’t address my issue I wasn’t asking for anything free the toppings come with the sandwich in fact they would have saved some because I didn’t want all the condiments she had If you ever go to subway don’t go to this location they don’t have customer service skills! The store location is 8005 West Florissant

First the young lady comes out of the back to help with her ear buds in both ears (ghetto), and then the other worker/cashier was too lazy to remove his glove before using the register. Instead, he removed the plastic from his thumb only and part of his hand and slide my change to me. THEEE most UNBELIEVABLE THING I'VE EVER SEEN. That was my 1st AND MY LAST time there.
