This Panera location is a tough one to review because the food quality is genuinely excellent when the order is correct. The persistent issues with order accuracy and speed make the experience difficult to recommend. On my latest online order, I selected the steel cut oatmeal with pecans and strawberries, and it arrived with no strawberries. This is frustrating as I ordered for my wife and that’s exactly why she prefers the oatmeal. Unfortunately, this not an isolated incident; order mistakes are a recurring issue at this particular store. So sad….. Compounding the problem is the inability to contact them: I tried calling immediately to fix the missing item, but the phone rang repeatedly and then disconnected, which eliminates any simple means of resolution. While the staff members themselves are always very nice and polite, the operational efficiency inside the cafe is often lacking. They could seriously benefit by having someone from corporate experienced in lean processes to assist.

This was the first time in several years that I have eaten from St. Louis Bread Co. and it left me very disappointed. I had a sandwich and a bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup, while the sandwich was alright, the soup was horrible! It was basically a watered down milky liquid with broccoli chunks! It used to be a thick cheesy flavorful soup! I don't think I will be visiting there again anytime soon!

Trash all over the floors and over flowing from trash cans. Staff isn't worried about how long you're waiting for. As 5 people are waiting for their food, 4 employees stood around talking so loud for all of the patrons to hear. The food was subpar and the soups were cold. If you want to eat out of a luke warm soup can next to a dump, this place is the place to be!

Walked in to pick up a Doordash and it smelled like a baby's poopy diaper. Not exaggerating. Went to the "rapid pickup" area and was told I had to go to the front counter. Finally, after everyone in front of me ordered, I could pick up my Doordash order and continue making money. I asked, politely, why I had to wait behind the line, when the girl I originally asked walked past the order multiple times while I was waiting in line. The girl working the counter rolled her eyes at my question and said flatly "because she's a cook." as if that explained anything. I asked "Cooks can't grab bags??" She again, flatly and quite rudely, said "No." Won't be accepting anymore Doordash orders from Panera. Have fun losing all your customers because they don't want to wait for their food to get cold because I have to stand in line even though their order is ready.

I went through the drive thru this evening and was very disappointed. Usually, the service is great and they have great attitudes. That was not the case today. When we got there, there were 3 cars in the drive thru (including us. The other 2 cars had already ordered. We sat there for a few minutes before saying hello, because no one said anything on the intercom. When we got Maddie, their cashier, she had an attitude with us because we had to split the order. She claimed they were backed up. Mind you, the lot is damn near empty, the inside is damn near empty, and the 2 cars HAD ALREADY ORDERED. So we had to wait to order, then wait to do our second order, and wait ten years for her to give the car in front of us their order. She had an attitude the ENTIRE time that she serviced us. We had to ask her to give us our receipts. We didn’t get our rewards. Of course when we looked at our receipts, the receipt number is partially gone so we had to play a guessing game to be able to enter them on the app. I can understand if it’s been a long day, but that’s not the customer’s fault. Do not work in hospitality type jobs if you don’t have any hospitality skills. Keep her in the chef area, she doesn’t need to work in the drive thru anymore. Food was good, but definitely overshadowed by your ignorant, attitude having staff.
