    Visited for lunch through the drive through, and was met with the nastiest, rude and condescending worker across the intercom. It didn’t get any better when I arrived to the window to pay, with no greeting or anything-while the woman just had her face twisted up like everyone ruined her day. No name tag was worn, and when I received my receipt, no name was listed as who rung up the order. Someone else brought my food to the window and I asked what the previous persons name was and was told she was a manager by the name of “Naija”, but she didn’t know how to spell her name. If this woman is a manager, then this is even worse. Been coming here for over 15-years, worse experience yet. Panera Bread should to teach their reps better customer service skills.

    The food is exactly what you would expect from Bread Co, but this location suffers from incredibly slow service. Been here around five or six times and each time I have had to wait for at least 20-30 minutes in the drive through.

    Third time visiting. Hardly any people in dining area however, took 15 minutes to serve some soup and half a sandwich. Very unorganized

    This review is due to a cumulation of bad experiences at this location but today took the cake. I placed an order through the app for 2 bagels and an iced coffee, nothing that really has to be "made". I get there at the pickup time but the drive thru line was taking a long time so no worries I just went in to pick up. I go up to the counter (no one in front of me) and an associate, manager and I assume another associate, in a bonnet and slides, are talking amongst themselves, no one acknowledges that I'm at the counter. I waited 8 minutes before the associate comes over to assist me. She was nice when she did but she informed me my order still wasn't ready, (we're abt 15 min past the pick up time) but she would have them make it. It still took them another 6-7min for them to slice and toast my 2 bagels. This location is the most unprofessional, unorganized Panera and it blew my mind that the manager allowed the lady with the bonnet and slides to remain behind the counter, idk if she was making herself food or assisting with orders but it was unprofessional and a safety concern from a work perspective. Please, do better.

    I can get over having people get their orders before me even though they ordered after me, I can get over them seeing my order and going to the order after mine in their system, but all I ask is that I get what I paid for. This is not what I paid for.
