  I came to pick up a door dash order, I went to the walk up window and they were not done with the food, that was fine but the attitude when I told them that my passenger side window doesn’t go down, but they wanted me to go to the drive thru, so rude, kindness is free!!!!

  3/12/2026 Writing this review because I just left this place not too long ago. Wanted to use my rewards to get money off of what I ordered. The cash register person charged my card, and then afterwards told me that their system was down so I got charged full price. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that you don't do this without asking the customer if they still want their order.... if I was a prettier person I'd report this to corporate and get my money back but I'll just say this do better and have some common sense.

  Food is alright when you finally get it!.. half the time I pull up and am told it'll be 15 mins.. and there's zero to 1 car in the place!

  Erica at Rally’s on Lindbergh was awesome. She asked if I wanted to check my food before I left and made sure I had my receipt. Give her a raise because she is one of the best customer service people I’ve experienced in a very long time. I’m dealing with my Mother’s death and she doesn’t even know how she made Me feel at that time. Thank You Erica 🥰 Keep doing what you’re doing bc it makes all the difference

  Would highly recommend not going to this location. After trying to pick up our order that we had placed through the Rallys/Checkers app and being told that a car in front of us had already picked up our order. We then asked if they could remake it since it was not actually us that picked it up or a refund and they said no because it was already picked up. Then told me to go through the app to fix the issue, the app had me just call their store. Went back to the store again to tell them that and how we were just getting the busy automatic message but again, not their problem. The nice worker then had to keep going to talk to their GM since they would not come talk to me themselves even though the nice worker was going around the corner to talk to them (the same person that had pulled up behind us in the drive thru just getting to work, so she wasn't even who gave our food away, why she is the nice worker because she should not have been the one dealing with this) and was the one having to relay all this information instead of the actual GM that was saying it wasn't their problem along with the other guy working who physically gave our order away. We tried to call the store number the app said to but it would only come up with an automatic message saying that they were busy and couldn't take our call, multiple times. And then the store tells me that their phone wasn't even ringing, and again, still our problem. So, now after they refused to remake our order or refund us (of almost $30), we are left reaching out to corporate and being a Karen in hopes we get a refund because even though we were told yes, we were robbed, no, they won't do anything about it since the order was already picked up by someone. Even after showing my order from their actual app to them, they said it is still our problem.
