Can be a little busy and slow service from workers. Workers are playful and don't pay that much attention. I waited 15 minutes before ordering and was only 2 person in front of me also waiting to order. Manager was training someone to cook but 3 ladies was upfront was playing and not taking orders. 2 other managers came from the back and was running around store like they was working but never less could have been a better experience. Nothing I would have to have all the time.

I entered the store and I was the only one who was there. The people who attended didn't care that I went in to buy and waited after a while although I was alone the store arrived with a bad attitude to attend. When they wanted to attend to me they were rude I think they need to improve too much.

Geez, I’ve been here for three days in a row because I’m working down the street and I really like Mexican food, but why is it that I have to feel like I’m doing something wrong or wasting the workers time just to Order my food. If you don’t wanna work here, get a different job, otherwise stop making people feel like they’re lucky to order from you. The negative looks, the sideways eyes, and the general attitude is ridiculous! Get a different job and stop ruining the atmosphere at a Qdoba! It’s not just one person. It’s every single person who works here.

They cover the bowls with tin foil insread of plastic lids that all other Qdobas use. After waiting a half hour, my order was cold after sitting behind the counter the entire time. Their dining area looks like it's always under renovation.

Never ever order from this Qdoba. I wouldn’t even waste my money again on a place I was trying to try for the first time. They refuse to answer the phone and will not refund me my money. I ordered $30 worth of food and it was never delivered the order was confirmed at 5:18 pm and I am making this review ate 7:33 pm. They have no respect and no actual customer service you can only fill out a form. I will keep contacting till I’m heard.
Update 8:30 pm : No response to my form but are now saying DoorDash is delivering cold food from 3hrs ago. I allowed DoorDash to know to stop trying to deliver this order it is cancelled and I want a refund. They are still sending out dashers because of this store that doesn’t answer the phone and doesn’t complete orders.
