  How does one describe one of the best dining/customer service experiences he has received? Let me explain. The associate provided me with a service that I have not been able to receive for quite some time as a PJP customer. Best of all, he did so kindly and willingly. There is a condiment that I prefer with my honey chipotle wings. I contacted the location after calling two others because I wanted to make sure the manager would assist me in procuring the extra honey chipotle sauce for my wings. The associate/manager assured me he could assist me. He was mannerable and polite and his demeanor should be inducted in a training module for how to go above and beyond for the customer. He is premier customer service personified.

  Although they were busy, I was patient and just want my order correct. I asked for well done and got undone. With all the toppings in the middle.

  Trash location. They cancel orders without any notice or reason because they're lazy and don't want to make them. Should fire everyone working here and start from scratch.

  I ordered two extra garlic dipping sauces and extra complimentary peppers. They forgot my extra sauce and not only did I not get extra complimentary peppers, they gave me scraps.
