Their driver Steven apparently marks delivered before it’s delivered “to let people know it’s on the way” but the tracker has a marker that says the driver is on their way, so why is this crucial? Anyway, I tried to call when we waited a few mins from it saying delivered and no food. Thought maybe it went elsewhere. I live 6 mins from the store so while I was already on hold on the phone for 2 mins, I drove there. Got there with 8 minutes on hold, and another 2 minutes transpired so total time on hold was 10 minutes. In those 2 minutes inside the store, I see that their phone is NOT ringing and as I show them I tried calling and the issue, the woman takes the phone and puts it back on the dock for it so that it may ring again and calls will actually go through. I get it if you’re busy, but literally leaving the phone off the hook with this kind of delivery system in place is not ideal. If she wouldn’t have had the phone off the hook so calls would never go through, then I would’ve never showed up, never complained, never outed the delivery system, and just stayed at home and waited. They offered a 2 liter for my troubles and honestly I declined it cause we don’t need it, what I need is an expectation to have your phones at the ready or staff more people to take the calls and handle the register. Jeez.
