According to the coupon each customer can get up to six scoops of ice cream for $.80 each. I asked for three scoops of ice cream and pulled up my coupon, the young lady stated their coupon scanner is broken and I can only get one scoop of ice cream for $.80. I read her what the coupon said and she said her manager said customers can only get one scoop for that price. I asked to speak with the manager and the young lady stated the manager was not there. It’s funny that the device that scans the coupons was not working today when it’s working all other days and I bet it will be working tomorrow. I don’t understand why they decided not to honor what the coupon says.
