  I don’t complain much but I had a horrible experience today. I had went through and ordered a drink and the lid wasn’t on correctly and I spilled it all over my car so I went through again and told the staff what had happened and they told me they couldn’t re make it. I was very upset, I’m 45 min away from the closest 7 brew and I give them lots of business at least 3 times a week. I would have appreciated if I at least got a free drink for next time.

  Been to many 7 brews in the Saint Louis area and am sad to confirm this is one of the worst ones. The service is god awful and you can tell they don’t care about YOU they care about your money. I sat in line tonight for 30 minutes. I arrived at 8:44 and wasn’t acknowledged or talked to until 9:15. At this specific location, they cut you off before you can even finish a sentence and only care about moving you through the line which is hilarious because I didn’t move for almost 15 minutes. There were three girls tonight and only one was taking orders and making drinks and the other two were, I presume, doing closing duties an hour early. Always disappointed at this location but it’s the closest one to where I live. It almost would be faster to drive all the way into the city.

  Absolutely ridiculous experience. I sat in the drive-thru for 40 minutes and no one even took my order. It looked like only one person was trying to run the entire place alone. With zero communication and no movement in the line, several of us had to back out just to escape. A complete waste of time. Do better.

  THANK GOODNESS FOR GABBY! I frequent 7brew often and she has been a star every time. I drove through the 7brew line at 8pm on Thursday night and she took orders and made all of the drinks by herself while the other employee was doing inventory on her cell phone….Not sure… Gabby took care of all 10 cars by herself that night. When I went this morning, the ROCKSTAR was at it again!!! Finished taking the orders for every car in her line, and then came back up and started taking orders in the next line while the same girl as the night before took 2 cars orders in the time! Gabby is working her tail off and deserves to be recognized!!! Great work girl 💪

  I arrived about 6:20 pm. I waited about seven minutes in line. They had a special. The special changed from what was sent to me in a text from corporate office. The young lady kept complaining about the special changing to Belinda. OK I ordered a strawberry shake and a free strawberry and a free raspberry shake only to be given something blended with pink. I drove off and when I thought about it, I was like this is not a shake. These are not shake. These are flavored eyes whatever they call them themselves making, but this is not eyes. I mean, this is not shake so I turned around and I went back and I patiently waiting in line. It wasn’t as long as it was before and I told Belinda I did not order anything with ice. I’ve wanted a shake with ice cream and strawberry and another ice cream ice another shake with raspberry and ice cream and she said oh all of our shakes come with ice. I said I’m 62 years old and when we say shake, we’re talking about ice cream in a flavor so I’ll waited again only to be given something that looked like colored water so I asked her where is the shake it’s supposed to be thick and she said oh this is how we make them so I just asked for my money back and it was like OK and I told her I said I’ve wasted 40 12:55 hour at least 45 minutes trying to get two shakes and she was so unbothered to buy it you talk about unprofessionalism and you talk about having a not a car in the world about not delivering something that was so simple as a strawberry shake, please stay away from this place. This is like my second or third time third time is a charm supposedly well this is my third and last time dealing with seven brew on Limburg in Florissant attitude don’t care and you take it as I give you or that’s your problem attitude
