- DBDee Block5 days ago1.0Food always on point but the staff(Diamond) doesn’t need to run ANY shift EVER especially if she’s going back and forth with a customer about common courtesy , yelled at the girl cutting the pizza and the delivery driver in front of customer never okay. I had my order cancelled after waiting over a hour and seeing her going back and forth with customer. I’m okay

Driver pulls in my driveway. Proceeds to call me and says my order wasn't in the delivery bag. (Not sure why you wouldnt check before you leave the store? Sounds like an SOP problem.) She proceeds to tell me it'll be roughly 14 minutes. 30 minutes go by. My fiancee calls the store. We proceed to get put on hold for another 15. I drive up to the store to pick up our order and it wasn't there. I just cancled the order. At this point over an hour had passed. Phones aren't ringing off the hook in the store. Im unsure why we were on hold for so long. The lack of communication and professionalism is astounding.
