  This is my favorite restaurant. I love the food. I go every time I get a chance. The people are always friendly.

  The workers were rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. My order came to $60, and I was charged an additional $7 for queso and $4 for chips. However, when I got home, not only were both bags of chips stale, but the queso I paid for was not included in my order at all. This experience was frustrating and not worth what I paid.

  Upon arriving, the line was long and most of the servings were running low. I decided to order a burrito and bowl at the same. When requested it seemed as if they weren’t urgently trying to refill the low portions of rice, mild sauce the chicken didn’t look fresh either. While switching out the trays with the new batch of foods, the team members didn’t put on new gloves after touching the trays. The most disturbing part was when I asked for peppers on my bowl only the team member, didn’t properly hear me and placed it on both my burrito and bowl. When I mentioned I would only like it placed on my bowl, she proceeded to remove it from the burrito. At that point, I was over this entire customer service. I paid almost 30 dollars and the service and quality of food wasn’t even comparable to other chipotles I have visited. I will not be returning to this one!

  My bowl was already shaken up and there’s a piece of hair in my food. Never had an already shaken up bowl from chipotle.
