  This place started off amazing and that’s because I’m assuming they borrowed management from other top performing teams. Recently management only at this location tends to have an out of policy attitude with customers going as far as to roll eyes at people. I made a mistake in giving back my good because they put the wrong name on the order. Instead of apologizing to me for the mixup, the manager instead got an attitude and began to argue . I even apologized for frustrating her. I should not have had to apologize for HER attitude and seemingly general contempt for her job. I only apologized that i further caused mixup by handing the food back.

  Im visiting Saint Louis from San diego and wanted some breakfast minis. I've been to many Chic fil A locations along my travels because the food is usually consistent. The service here on 3/25 was quite off putting. The line outside for no reason that I could make sense of, was unnecessarily at a stop longer than it should have been in one lane and being able to change lanes it happened again. I wasn't in a rush but I've also never waited 15 mins in a Chic fil A line before ordering at 9:30a behind only 2 vehicles. The food wasn't hot by the time I was out of line and pulled over to eat which was surprisingly strange being that I just ordered it. And the mini's looked like they had been tossed in the box with not an ounce of consideration. Learning experience to not assume that all chains represent the chains name respectfully. Last time visiting this location for me.

  I've been to this location at few times, mostly when it first opened. Today, it was the closest and going towards were I was heading. Never again will I get food here again. I get that the Cobb salad usually comes with nuggets, but I always get a filet. EVERY other place I've been to cuts it to lil ribbons, not this store. Just a solid lump of chicken, like a lump of coal. The salad itself was a bit way light. Ion like that. Can't tell if they'd sold so many and now they gotta make 'em stretch or if they sell so few, they barely have enough on hand.

  Just wanted to inform the manager I got sick from the Mac n chz here a few months ago. It was watery and just not right. That's never happened til now, ever since the original owner Tasha left. That says a lot about the way the food is prepared I will not be returning.
