  Visit this location on Lindbergh just about every other day before work in hopes of a better wait time being that it’s closer to my home. This location needs more staff to make the wait time shorter, most times it’s quite a few people here just standing around in conversation with one person making coffee the other taking orders when both lines are extremely long with wait times between 30-45 minutes sometimes longer just for coffee

  Waiting 45 mins for a blonde that tasted like milk & ice is crazy… smh! Very poor customer service… the St Charles location is way better. The ladies there are prompt, kind and efficient! I HATE this location on N. Linbergh!! Throw the whole place away!! All the employees are rude and unprofessional. One girl came to my car and walked away because I needed time to unlock my debit card to make a payment. Another guy got an attitude because I asked if I could pull up a little before he took my order because the sun was in my face. They have no idea what good customer service is- do better and treat ppl how you’d want to be treated, no one has to purchase there when there’s a Starbucks and dunkin right across the street.

  Told them my drink was suppose to be a cinnamon role and not a sweet and salty and they basically said they cannot remake it because they heard sweet and salty when I literally didn’t say that cause that’s not what I get.

  I don’t complain much but I had a horrible experience today. I had went through and ordered a drink and the lid wasn’t on correctly and I spilled it all over my car so I went through again and told the staff what had happened and they told me they couldn’t re make it. I was very upset, I’m 45 min away from the closest 7 brew and I give them lots of business at least 3 times a week. I would have appreciated if I at least got a free drink for next time.

  Been to many 7 brews in the Saint Louis area and am sad to confirm this is one of the worst ones. The service is god awful and you can tell they don’t care about YOU they care about your money. I sat in line tonight for 30 minutes. I arrived at 8:44 and wasn’t acknowledged or talked to until 9:15. At this specific location, they cut you off before you can even finish a sentence and only care about moving you through the line which is hilarious because I didn’t move for almost 15 minutes. There were three girls tonight and only one was taking orders and making drinks and the other two were, I presume, doing closing duties an hour early. Always disappointed at this location but it’s the closest one to where I live. It almost would be faster to drive all the way into the city.
