Delivery driver just left my order in front of a random apt, I wouldn't have known except I went looking for the driver. A simple phone call would have made the situation so much better all because she couldn't find my apt

I asked about how to redeem online for my son's 21st birthday and was told that she disnt know and doesn't use the app. She wasn't pleasant about it or anything just in a rush. We also order one of there refresher drinks and it is flat with absolutely no flavor. We come here often and for whatever reason, most staff is rude. I have not complained. Now im furious. We won't be back.

We ordered 2 breakfast burritos, the screen wouldn’t let us pay. 20 minutes later we hadn’t gotten our order. We pressed the button and let them know. They apologized and said it had been sent to the drive through. So again we waited and a girl named Alexis brought out our food maybe 5 minutes later. She then rudely asked for the payment. My boyfriend explained that the thing wouldn’t let him pay. When he handed her his card, she said she will be right back and was there anything we needed. My man said yes a free pretzel for having to wait almost 30 minutes for the food. She didn’t say anything and turned around. We got no compensation for the fact we had to wait 30 minutes, and they were rude. We go there once every week or two and have never had a problem I don’t know what was up with them today. We will not be back.

Trash behavior. My order was $13.42. I gave the girl who came to my car $20.42. She said, "Do you want me to bring your money back to you?" (The money is called change dear...) I was very confused why she would even ask and said "Yes." She gave me a dirty look and went inside. When she brought my *change back* I handed her $2 for a tip. She just stared at me, so I said, "Here is your tip." She refused to take it and just stared at me. I said, "Do you not want the tip?" And she gave me a dirty look and said, "No!" and then she went inside laughing. So I went through the drive thru to talk to the manager who seemed apologetic at first BUT THEN after we finished talking she turned around and started laughing too. Trash behavior. Zero couth. (Not that I expected much at Sonic but...) That *change* is MY hard earned money and you and your attitude are not entitled to it. Im not giving you a $7 tip to do the job you are already getting paid to do. Fix your entitled attitude and learn some manners. That was absolutely absurd. Disgusting behavior.
