  Horrible customer service most of the workers are chill manage threw sauce packets at my friend after he asked for BBQ sauce and is throwing stuff around in the back horrible service especially for her to be manager

  Consistently terrible attitudes and service. We dine in and every single time, we get our food from the blonde woman that wears the purple grimace sweatshirt. She always has a horrible attitude with us. First time she slammed our tray on the table. Next time she had a snotty attitude when i asked for a cup that they didnt give us on our tray. We also witnessed the manager giving terrible service to these Mexican customers and was blatantly racist to them. She goes "do you understand what I'm saying??" and when they say thank you and walk off, she goes "you're not welcome." Absolutely outrageous and unacceptable treatment. The McDonald's on Gannon in Festus has WAY better customer service and doesnt give you an attitude when you ask for something that you ordered and they didnt give to you.

  I really don't eat fast food much. Tonight I stopped here (drive thru) late after work. I asked for cooked to order and the food was perfect! Thank you good workers!

  They always forget the sweet and sour sauce on my online orders no matter if it’s pick up or delivery it is very sad :(

  Pretty good for a McDonald's. Honestly, both times I've used the drive through at night were better quality than today's dine in Daily Double but it was still decent. The crew was great and at least the dining area was clean.
