Not sure who’s running the place. But 4 times they have messed up the order. They are a different taco/burrito than what you pay for or over charging for extras. Just drive past them and go to Arnold or Farmington

I placed an order online about 40 minutes before to this location. We got there at 1 which is when I set it to be ready by, and continued to wait around for the food until about 1:30. I figured they might be busy and brushed it off, then after waiting 30 minutes for an online ordered placed ahead of time, I open the bag and all of the food is thrown in like this. Sauce all on the inside of the bag and everything. I’ve worked at Taco Bell, and I haven’t seen an order done quite this carelessly as this one. Will not be coming by this location again.

We ordered ‘box’ item thru app.
1. They did not get the drink correct.
2. No napkins
3. No fork.
Difficult to eat cheesy potatoes with out utensils.
We were on interstate before we discovered no utensils.
Called restaurant to alert them of oversight in case the ee’s were new, so no one else would discard part of their food due to lack of utensils.
The person who answered said ‘tacobell’
When I asked if he was a manager, he replied
“ya, why?”
So I repeated ya? Why??
I explained that we just received an order and to please mention to ee’s to include napkins and forks.
I was appalled when he said ‘so?’
I responded
“I’m sorry that happened ma’am, if you want like to come back through I’ll make that right for you.”
His response “huh?”
Owners do not bother to train their staff to be professional, yet they turn over the reputation of their business to folks who spend time on their cell phones looking for a better job.
Maybe “Huh” was the best he could think of.

Spent $55 there tonight. The only thing I ordered for myself was 3 of the cantina chicken crispy tacos. Literally felt like AIR when I picked them up. Every single one of them. No wonder, the shells are all but empty. No joke. Disappointed is an understatement. I’m a nurse that just finished a 12 hour shift with no break to eat and so I’m about in tears over this. So hungry! Waste of money and I also was not given the $2.99 Pepsi I paid for either. UGH!!! I just had to vent because it gets old. Other than tonight we’ve usually always had a good enough experience and I usually spend at least $40 each visit. But paying for absolutely nothing but a wrapper basically just sucks so much. And someone needs to redo the class on how to roll a burrito, looks like a blunt. I’m hangry yall and I just can’t let this one slide tonight. Ridiculous. That was dang near $9 or so, out the window. Do better. Everytime. Period.
