Inaccurate order; I asked for black pepper and got black olives. I guess it’s black so I shouldn’t care?
Moreover, the pickup was probably ready way way earlier than the app indicated(not good communication with customer), so the temperature was not great.
Lastly, the pickup started great by being asked immediately if I have an order for pickup, but fizzled quickly when the name I gave didn’t match the name your system wanted to print on the order and the employee was apparently new so did not understand how to navigate around this obstacle, and seemed like dropping it and moving on until prompted further by me to reach a resolution.
Overall, this was another attempt at this place after a previous bad experience, and it seems I won’t be back again for sometime, if ever, with the current level of service on offer.

I was told I wasn't allowed to have anymore than 6 tomatoes on my food and the girl refused to let me add to my food. Never had this problem before and she was horrible about it. 8/15/25 at 4:50pm. Would not recommend go to Hillsboro they are better! No way to report the problem either like other restaurants.

Girl working and making sandwich was very rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning until she is no longer working.
I ask for extra onions as I always do and she made a big deal causing a seen
She ask me to pay as they were toasting my sandwich which was already a little rushy but no big deal
And I told her I would have paid for extra onions if she wouldn’t have already cashed me out and still refused to add extra

Save your money, just make a sandwich at home , I promise you it will be ten times the quality or product you will get if you go to this subway. I made a online order for 4 sandwiches to feed my family, 3 of the sandwiches were Italian and one was a club. I arranged to do pick up, when I got there I called, and was told they were not bringing the sandwiches out, I am handicapped and my grandparents whom I was riding with are 83 years in age and do not walk stable. However I got my wheel chair out, and to my surprise their establishment is far from wheel chair friendly. The inside was cluttered , and that is after I took 4 times to try to open the impossible door to the store. I got my order, which they seemed very confused about asking me more then once how many sandwiches I had, but I got them and left. Got home which is 15 minutes in distance, opened the sandwiches to find every single sandwich had the wrong cheeses on them. All of the italian sandwiches had a Chipotle sauce that we did not ask for, and does not even come on the sandwich, and the meat had a odd smell to it. We tried to salvage the sandwiches as I spent over 30 bucks for the order. Upon taking a bite we found out quick something was wrong with the meat it tasted spoiled. I called the store, and got some kid that was sarcatic, and offered no help. I called 3 times in 3 days and the manager never seems to be avaliable to talk. Turned them into corporate, only to be brushed off. This store is terrible.
