Told them I put it in for the wrong subway and the girl I spoke with told me I had to cancel it on my end to get my money back. Went back on the app to do so and they had put on that the sandwich had been PICKED UP!!!!! When I called back the same girl answered and she was rude as hell. They have no common sense at the location. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager can’t even speak English. He was talking about things I never even mentioned!! So I’m pretty much out my money because the manager couldn’t help me either. DAMN JOKE of a place!!!!!!!

Moreover, the pickup was probably ready way way earlier than the app indicated(not good communication with customer), so the temperature was not great. Lastly, the pickup started great by being asked immediately if I have an order for pickup, but fizzled quickly when the name I gave didn’t match the name your system wanted to print on the order and the employee was apparently new so did not understand how to navigate around this obstacle, and seemed like dropping it and moving on until prompted further by me to reach a resolution. Overall, this was another attempt at this place after a previous bad experience, and it seems I won’t be back again for sometime, if ever, with the current level of service on offer.

Never had this problem before and she was horrible about it. 8/15/25 at 4:50pm. Would not recommend go to Hillsboro they are better! No way to report the problem either like other restaurants.
