All he ordered was broccoli cheddar soup and a blueberry bagel. I asked the worker where I picked up mobile orders and she said that they would be in the rapid pick up order area when they're ready. She had a bad attitude towards the customers and staff. I mentioned that we orderded 30 minutes ago and that it was just a soup and a bagel. The app said it was ready at 1:45. She proceeded to state that they were short staffed. I asked if i could just get a refund then. She didn't reply and then got the soup and bagel, put it in a bag and handed it to me. I assume she was a manger, because she kept saying to the workers how if something isn't done "then no one can leave next time." I fully understand being short staffed, but as a manager you shouldn't take your frustrations out on your staff or customers.

- CSCamille SockwellSep 7, 20255.0Got my sip club drink and someone took it while I was away for a few minutes at least they made me a new one and got grilled cheese and tomato soup value meal for 7.64 with tax they were all nice in there only thing that not been working right is do after I think 5 visits get a pastry for 2 bucks plus has not been right for probably closer to a week or more it keeps saying one more visit the last at least 3-4 times we been there and week before it was stuck on 2 more visits for 3-4 times now I do like my brownie on sale lol who would not unless u don't like chocolate in some form
