    I have been to this location a few times & each time was not a satisfactory experience. The food never tasted like McDonald’s, instead thrown together/meat falling apart. Today 12/29/25 at approx 2:33pm. I ordered a Carmel Frappe. When the woman handed me my Frappe I noticed it had little to no Carmel on top. When I asked her why isn’t there any on top she immediately told me that corporate says to make a “m” letter. Apparently a lower case “m” in my opinion, because like I said there wasn’t any hardly any Carmel on top, I never complain about much but this was ridiculous. I offered to pay extra for more Carmel, she went back to add more Carmel & when I handed her my debit card she says it’s okay. My Frappe then looked like any other time I have ordered at a McDonald’s location. I don’t know if corporate is wanting to be FANCY or not taking in consideration the quality & quantity for the prize. Or maybe the worker was being lazy. Either way, I will not be going back to this location. instead, to the Starbucks located across the street.
