  Abysmal service. I used to have a sandwich waiting on the counter by the time I paid for it and there was only one person making the sandwiches. Now there are three people making the sandwiches and a line of customers waiting 5 minutes for cold cut sandwiches. Why? I ask for sweetener from the young woman who’s wrapping sandwiches. “No”. That was it. I go to the register, where I’m told they don’t carry sweetener or sugar anymore. Just pick sweet or unsweetened tea. I finally get my 2 sandwiches (with rock hard bread), and ask the same young woman for a bag. She responded, “just take whatever you need. It’s right there”. Seriously? I hate to interrupt your standing there and waiting to wrap a sandwich. I guess I’ll just bag my own food to leave with.

  I bought a gargantuan the other day and it seems like it comes with about half the meat that it used to? Just seems like a complete rip off now. How can a sandwich with every topping be so small? Guess I'm done with Jimmy Johns lol
