  I normally go to the location in Kirkwood and the staff there is amazing. I’ve never had any issues. My boyfriend and I started going to the Festus location and they can not seem to get his order straight. The past two times he has ordered a large and they rang up mediums. He isn’t someone to say something or complain, so the last time he dealt with it. This time I clearly heard him order a large. When I said something to the woman that gave us our drinks, she told us we would have to go all the way to the end of the line to correct this. After working in food management for 8 years, this is horrible customer service. The order should have been repeated back at the time of ordering and it wasn’t. They should have also corrected the drink at the time of hand out when we said something. Whether you’re busy or not, slow down and do the right thing for you customers that literally buy coffee from you daily.

  The girls are too worried about the music all the time that's playing versus coming outside and taking all the orders. It don't take that many people to make the coffee drinks when you have that many people in line that their orders haven't even been taken
