    Went once, they gave us the wrong coffee. Tried again, 2 coffees were horrible. Mine tasted like a chemical aftertaste. Lots of hype for me. Disappointing for us. Probably keep going to The Grind. Sorry, no go-MVP

    Second time at 7 Brew & I'm very happy with everything but the drive-thru situation. I'm pretty sure I broke the rules this morning getting in line but thanks to the 'salty & sweet' iced coffee, I regret nothing! Excellent treat, great service! Fix the drive thru for confused old ladies like me and I'll give you five stars. :)

    Let me start by saying, there is nothing wrong with the staff, the quality of drinks, or anything else in my opinion. My review simply comes from one single issue. I use to spend so much here all the time. I LOVE 7Brew but I stopped coming because I need a paper receipt when I go. Other locations will give a receipt if you ask but Festus just simply wont, they want to text it to you. Its not a huge deal but some of us need a paper receipt for like expense reports when buying coffees for the team or what not. And receipts are required for expense reports, otherwise you pay out ofnyour own pocket. Even if you aren't in a corporate world and needing receipts, you have no way of knowing how much theybare charging you, if theybare over charging you or what. At first I thought it was because they were new and not completely set up yet, but its now been months. And c'mon, its 2025.... how are we not getting receipts from high traffic places like 7Brew? We may have to stick to Dunkin and Starbucks for now. If they can get their receipt issue fixed, and I come back, I may change my review.

    We came to 7 brew in Festus around 10:30 on Saturday Nov 1. The line was long as usual, which wasn’t an issue until an employee came out and directed us to go into the longer line, allowing 6 cars that were behind us to go into the shorter lane. After placing order and finally getting to the window, the employee didn’t even have our order in the system, causing even more of a delay. By the time we actually got out of there, 13 cars that were behind us at the beginning had got their order and left before we got out of there. We’ve been pretty consistent customers since the opening of the festus location, but today’s experience is enough to keep us away.

    On Friday, October 17th, my husband and I visited the 7Brew location in Festus. As regular customers and members of the military community, we have always appreciated 7Brew’s friendly service and support of service members. However, our experience at this location was deeply disappointing and left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. When we placed our order, we asked about the military discount that we have consistently received at other 7Brew locations. The employee at the window informed us that the discount was only available to military members in uniform. We politely explained that we had always received it without issue in the past, but she abruptly insisted that it was a corporate policy. We then asked to speak with the manager for clarification. When the manager, Payton, came to the window, her behavior was shockingly unprofessional from the start. She did not greet us, introduce herself, or make any attempt to listen or de-escalate the situation. Instead, she spoke over us, used a harsh and dismissive tone, and made it very clear that she had no interest in helping. She told us in a rude and condescending manner that “we could either pay full price or leave,” which we found completely unnecessary and disrespectful. Her attitude made what could have been a simple conversation feel hostile and uncomfortable. We were not confrontational—we simply wanted clarification about a discount policy we had previously experienced. Payton’s lack of courtesy and unwillingness to engage respectfully was disappointing, especially given that she represents 7Brew in a management position. We understand and respect that company policies may vary by location. Our issue is not with the policy itself, but with the manner in which it was handled. As a company that prides itself on friendliness and community spirit, this kind of interaction is unacceptable. Additionally, Payton’s insistence that we must be in uniform to qualify for the discount showed a lack of understanding and sensitivity. Many service members are not permitted to wear uniforms off duty for safety reasons. Her comments and tone demonstrated not only poor customer service but also a disregard for the sacrifices made by those who serve. We left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and disappointed—an experience that stands in stark contrast to the kindness we’ve come to expect from 7Brew. We sincerely hope that this incident will be addressed and that steps will be taken to ensure other customers are not treated this way in the future. @ John Davidson I am reaching out to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the management at your Festus location. There have been several complaints, and I believe this situation deserves your attention and review. If Payton is representing your company in a management capacity, I am concerned that their actions do not reflect the values and level of respect your organization is known for—particularly toward our service members and veterans. It is disappointing to see such a lack of respect for those who have served our country, and it raises additional concerns about how first responders and other valued members of our community may be treated. Your company has a strong reputation for supporting and giving back to the community, which makes it even more concerning that someone in a leadership position may not be upholding those same standards. I respectfully ask that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that your company’s values are properly represented at the Festus location.
