- AWArua WilsonJun 13, 20251.0What happened!!! This use to be my favorite subway. Those ladies were so rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service. They kept talking to each in a different, language and ignoring people trying to order. The guy in front of me had to repeat himself 5 times before the girl even acknowledged him. The other lady was straight up on her phone with her gloves on while making sandwiches! The food didn't even look fresh. I had to walk out. If that's what they're doing in front of customers, I can only imagine what they're doing in the back.
