  Very unprofessional!!! This is the second time I ordered from this location and both times my order was not right. They won’t answer when you call and if they do once you tell them you would like to speak to a manager they put you on hold and never come back to the phone. The pizza was nasty it didn't even taste like Papa John’s pizza in addition to that they got my order wrong. It’s sad but moving forward I will only be ordering from the Florissant location their food is always delicious and cooked properly. Management and staff at the Hallsferry location is very helpful and courteous.

  0 stars!! Ordered online $200 worth of food for a volleyball team to be delivered to hotel. I paid a delivery fee and left tip. Order was never delivered and no one picked up the phone when we called. Sent my husband to the store to see what the problem was and they said our order was ready a long time ago and that they don’t do delivery. Called the next day to speak to a manager to get my fee and tip refunded only to have her stop talking to me and act like no one was on the phone! Calling corporate. Worst customer service ever!!!

  Every time I order from this place it's always something. The last time I ordered the pizza wasn't done. When I called the store the girl that took the order had a nasty attitude. I decided to try them again (yes it was a bad idea) this time my food never came. The app said it was delivered but it wasn't. I tried calling the store and was on hold for 55 minutes trying to get my money back. Noone answered the phone. This Papa John's need to be closed. I always hear something about this store.
