  We ordered.on the app and went to pick up here circa lunch time and they had no sandwich bread, none!!! The young lady apologized and said all she had was wraps. According to her, it would be 72 hours before the bread process would be complete. Huh?

  Very slow service — one footlong takes 10-15 minutes to make. On top of that, the pricing was incorrect and ended up much higher than I usually pay at other Subway locations for the same order.

  It’s almost impossible to get served at this place. The woman working here is extremely slow — it takes around 30 minutes just to make a single sandwich. Waiting for an order feels endless.

  This was one of the most absurd experiences I’ve had. It’s 4 PM on a Wednesday and this Subway has no bread—the single most essential item you sell. I placed a large pickup order more than an hour in advance, and they waited until 5 minutes before pickup to call and say they couldn’t make it. Then I’m told “bread takes an hour.” So you knew that and still accepted the order? That makes no sense. It’s basic operations—if you’re out of your core product, you don’t take orders you can’t fulfill. This isn’t just poor service, it’s completely illogical and shows a serious lack of competence in running the store. If the owner sees this, whoever was responsible for running the store today should not be in that role. Total waste of time. Avoid this location.

  I can not even rate the food as I never get served. Been there multiple times on my lunch break only to never be served. I end up having to leave before I can even get helped. Worst location ever. I only have 30 minutes for lunch it takes at least that long to even be acknowledged since only 1 worker is ever there at LUNCHTIME! Do better Subway!
