  Love being able to stop here and get some coffee and relax before my next meeting. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I appreciate being able to get the consistent coffee that I enjoy and able to get a spot to read and relax.

  Found the ladies room to be filthy. Spoke to the an aged (a man whose name I’ve forgotten). He was short and curt and uninterested, even as I suggested if floors in the kitchen looked like the bathroom, they’d be surely shut down. He walked away quickly, like totally disinterested.

  Second time this year I order through drive through , cream cheese spread looks like cottage cheese. Called manger he put me on hold to check … and hang up , never called back ! I only go there because it so close to my house …. Not going there anymore . Also lady aat drive through was acting like she couldn’t hear nothing , didn’t want to take a second for us to decide what we’re getting due to having only 5 plain bagels … got a family of 7 … rushed us like she had 10 other cars behind us . I usually don’t do this but I had to … 2 times I. A row is a red flag

  Last 4 orders have all been wrong or items forgotten. Just did the drive thru for a bread bowl with chips… 3 total items. My fault for not checking but how do you forget 1 of 3 items while still checking it off on the packing receipt and taking 15 minutes? Wild

  Ordered on line for lunch. Said 45 minutes before pick up. That was at noon. Got there at 12:45. Then got email sorry running late. The restaurant was in total chaos. No systems in place. Finally got the bag at 1. When we went to pick it up worker said wait we have to weigh it first. What weigh it?? Got home- wow salad with basically no lettuce. Dressing and chicken only had to add my own lettuce. Got chicken noodle soup —all noddles some chicken and no broth or veggies. Had to add my own broth and reheat. Bacon turkey bravo bread stale. Huge fail. We will drive to Arnold from now on. This location is horrible just skip it. Trust me on this one drive to Arnold at 141! This manager owner needs to be fired!
