  They are consistent with delivering burnt food and lazy service 10/10 times. Do yourself a favor and go to the old sugar creek location.

  Drive thru messed up my order I left they shorted me 1 snack wrap and the one I got was not what I ordered. I called and went back. Service was good he was on it right away. The fixed my order. I then left and started eating and it had no spicy sauce taste. I opened it up there was only a little dot of sauce in it. I checked the other one also. Same result. There probably enough sauce to fill half a ketchup packet. I won't be going back. Time I have to do what I need to do was wasted Also money wasted.

  Coffee is machine is broken on a Sunday, or do the employees just not want to fix your order... Regardless you're not getting what you want when you come here. Would give it zero stars if I could.

  On March 21st around 12:30am placed a mobile order. Order was confirmed received and was even got a text it was being prepared. Went to pick it up and was told they were only accepting DoorDash orders. Was not even given a refund and was told to do it through the app. Contacted McDonald’s and they told me only that location can refund the money but they would pass on my information to the store. A week later and still no refund. That night I kept checking periodically and they were still accepting mobile orders. I wonder how much money they are scamming from people to pay for that $200,000 incentive to employees for improving the worst McDonald’s in the metro area.

  Not sure about the guy at the second window with attitude problem but I'm tired of missing items, I pay for an extra fry with a Happy meal and it's never there . So much for happy kids at this McDonald's anyway.
