Please save your time. We live less than a mile from this location, They don’t update their online menu to reflect items they are out of. Corporate clearly states that I should not be able to order items that are out of stock and I have not had this issue at other locations. Here is the quote from corporate about what happens when food is unavailable.
“What if I was charged for a product that is not available?
The McDonald's app will label products that are currently unavailable for specific locations to prevent you from ordering those products. If you attempt to reorder an item that contains multiple products, where one or more of the products is unavailable, you will need to remove the unavailable products) before your order can be completed.”
The McDonald’s location at 100 old Sugar Creek Road in Fenton Missouri. Doesn’t think that they need to update their menu. We really should just go to a different location, but the others are further away. So since we do go here so much we have seen this issue MONTHLY. and to make it worse, when the issue happens, this location will not refund you for your online order. They will only refund you for whatever item it was that they were missing and insist that you must pay for the other items. This is unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Save your time go somewhere else.

Very disappointed in the way the treat customers I politely said I ordered a Big Mac instead of nuggets and the lady took my nuggets and threw them on the ground and put a Big Mac in the bag super unprofessional but I guess it is McDonalds lol

I went in to pick up a customers order and after waiting for 10 minutes I asked the simple question: “I was just checking on my customers order, is it done?” The lady then very rudely said: “We are working on it!”. I get they were busy but I only asked a simple question once. It didn’t warrant me getting yelled at. Again, I get it was busy. But no one should get rude service for asking a simple question one time.
