  Arrived at this location at 8am to pickup my online order that was already paid for, only to find all the doors locked. Signage said the lobby opened at 6am. Got into the drive thru line and sat in the same place for 5-10 min before I saw people walk up to the doors and not return so I got out of the drive thru and went inside. Waited behind several folks and told the employee my name for the p/u. She didn't tell us they were out of the specialty cheesecake ones until she had gathered all the other donuts. There was no friendly greeting or sorry about the wait or oops we forgot to unlock the lobby for 2 hours. We wasted so much of our time today and just ended up with a refund and we will not be returning.

  7 am and lobby was locked. At least 3 employees inside, yet drive through didn't move from time I arrived and tried lobby, until I got of line in the drive through after the lobby attempt, over 15 minutes. The last time I was there, the drive through was just as bad.

  This store seems to have changed there closing time to 9pm but didn’t make the effort to tell Google Maps or their own Kristy Kreme app. I set the pickup time to 9:30pm and the store was dark. Came back at 6am and the lobby was closed though the door said it opens at 6am. Only see one employee in there working the drive thru.

  Got there when they open at 6 AM just got looked at through the glass. Nobody ever unlocked the door went through the drive-through Nobody answered on intercom so I pulled up to the window and again Workers just walking around acting like I’m not there 10 minutes after they have opened. Maybe try 7 AM if you’re gonna go there, Workers might be a little more chipper and actually want to do their job.

  We wanted to come in and get the Halloween donut set. When we got there, the lobby was closed. We got into the drive-through, and it took 15 minutes for us to move one car. In the meantime, I watched 5 families get out and get disappointed when they couldn't go into the lobby (it is, after all, the most magical part of the visit). We watched several cars pull out of the drive-through, too, and that's what we ended up doing. There is a McDonald's about 50-100 feet away, and you can see the Krispy Kreme drive through from their windows. By the time we ordered and started to eat at McDonalds (yes, you lost a sale), the Krispy Kreme line had only moved one car. I'm not sure who is to blame for this, but it sounds like almost everyone is having the same experience here. They either need to hire more people or get rid of whomever they have...I dont know. And open your lobby! We want to see the Donuts being made. Why decorate the lobby if no one gets to experience it? Krispy Kreme is my favorite Donuts, but I can't seem to get them anymore because their store experiences are so bad.
