  My family and I live almost an hour away. The advertising for the winter collection caught our eye and we decide lots go. We get there and the only donuts available are original glazed that look over cooked and stale. This was at 1pm 1:30 at the latest. You all advertise you are open until 10pm. So why does donut production stop and below standard donuts for sale? This has happened to our family more than once so the lesson is learned on my end. Will not be giving it another try.

  I should not have to wait 30 minutes for a pick up order that is already paid for that I set up the night before. Also, the lady being the counter was rude. I don’t make reviews on places ever but this is not the first time I’ve had this happen at this location.

  Horrible service they did a limited time choc o mania doughnuts and I went 3 days in a row just to be told they didn’t have any I asked what the best time to come is and got told “idk we had a hard day so we didn’t make any” so the next day I called before to ask if they were in stock and got told to make a mobile order online so I did and it stated all of them were in stock so when I arrived and they told me they didn’t have any doughnuts and offered me a refund I was pissed at this point and will never be going back to this location my mom called to complain and the manager was super rude telling my mom It sounds like you don’t have enough gas money to drive here again after my mother said we would not drive back a 4th time needless to say theses doughnuts were only available for one week and we never got them

  The donuts are ok at best, if way smaller than the price would suggest. The guy took a full 15 minutes to get me 3 donuts after telling me that half the things on the menu were not available, after I got to the window. Not worth it, go to your local donut shop.

  I arrived at 7:30 AM to pick up an order I placed the night before and had already paid for. The lobby was supposed to be open at 6am and it was not open when I arrived. I waited in the drive through for 30 minutes with 4 cars in front of me just to be told at the window (not even the order microphone) that they were out of everything I ordered. Bruh. Never will I make the mistake of ordering here again.
