  If you like your pizza arriving cold order from here. This is not the first time. I ordered my pizza around 5:50 the app informed me that it was out of the oven at 6:01 my pizza and chicken arrived at 6:54 cold. When I called the store I told them I would like to speak to a manager and I was informed they were going to put me on hold and they would get to me when they slow down. I will be contacting the store again tomorrow. I hung up after 15min of being on hold. This has happened more often than I can count. We have ordered from here and waited over 3 hours for pizza before.

  Ordered delivery on a Saturday night so I expected some delay but not 2 hours after the initial delivery time. I have cancer and 3 kids so delivery is much more convenient usually otherwise I would just order pick up. I ended up driving to the location to pick it up and it was sitting on the shelf, cold. The cheesy bread was completely raw dough. The only “discount” I got was taking off the $5 delivery fee.

  Literally the manager slammed the phone down and said that she was pissed off and than she hangs up the phone before I could even say somthing like what happens to customer service …
