- MRMandy RottlerMar 4, 20262.0The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First the girl tried to talk us into leaving as soon as we sat down by saying that we would have to wait forever. Then she complained that people kept coming in and she wouldn’t be able to leave and now it looks like she’ll have to pull a double shift. It made us feel awkward but I told her it’s my daughter’s birthday and this is where she wanted to eat so we would wait.Also, it wasn’t busy at all when we walked in. She forgot to bring us our drinks and got my daughter’s order wrong. It didn’t take long for our food to arrive even though she claimed it would take forever. She forgot our dipping sauce, our to go boxes right after we asked for them, took ages to bring us our check. Other waitresses seemed to be on top of their tables so I think ours is just in the wrong job and hates her job. She had dark hair and hearts drawn all over her face on Valentine’s Day.

My total was approximately $55. The next day- My husband was checking our bank statements and noticed two charges on our account from BWW. One for $63 and one for $36. We have disputed with our bank- but I would be cautious if I were you and make sure you double check your statements.
