This particular Arby's needs to improve their cleanliness. Grant it, it was raining outside and that will impact the floors; however, the minute we walked in the door, there was no mat and my 3 year old granddaughter immediately slid on the floor and went down. Of course, then the crying started. Mats are cheaper than paying medical bills. Put mats down Fenton Arby's. Also, the ladies bathroom floor was disgustingly sticky. My shoes were sticking like glue. If only their bathroom floors were at the entry doors.
