  ordered online for delivery and when i realized our order hadn’t arrived checked my phone to a missed call and found out that my order was delivered to another restaurant instead of our home. spent over 15 minutes on the phone trying to resubmit my order with the “manager”, he has no managerial experience and hung up on me. guess 5 guys it is for dinner, what a joke.

  If you like your pizza arriving cold order from here. This is not the first time. I ordered my pizza around 5:50 the app informed me that it was out of the oven at 6:01 my pizza and chicken arrived at 6:54 cold. When I called the store I told them I would like to speak to a manager and I was informed they were going to put me on hold and they would get to me when they slow down. I will be contacting the store again tomorrow. I hung up after 15min of being on hold. This has happened more often than I can count. We have ordered from here and waited over 3 hours for pizza before.

  Ordered dinner and everything we got was almost too burnt to even eat.
