  Good food but good luck if youre ordering online. They've got my order mixed up 3 times IN A ROW.

  We arrived at 4:40 p.m. to miss the dinner rush it took 35 minutes to get appetizers which were not very hot. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get two orders of wings two sandwiches and chicken fingers. It was all tepid not hot when we complained they did make some new french fries and the birthday boy wouldn't eat his wings because they were tough they only took off $5 on the two unsatisfactory meals because we had a few bites. One of these meals was my birthday boy! Waitress was never around to help with anything. The manager was very nice but said she was taking off the birthday boys meal and then only discounted it $5. I would never go back to this restaurant it is ridiculous their food cost must be very high because I ordered my sandwich with extra onions and instead of getting a half a teaspoon which was her normal portion I got one teaspoon ridiculous unbelievable! We didn't take any photos.

  Stopped for a quick lunch and a beer. Destinie took care of me. Great service, fast and friendly. Plus a great smile to make my day better. Had the chicken dippers and fries. Crisp and tasty. Just what I'd expect. Price was what I'd expect. Overall, a good visit.

  The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First the girl tried to talk us into leaving as soon as we sat down by saying that we would have to wait forever. Then she complained that people kept coming in and she wouldn’t be able to leave and now it looks like she’ll have to pull a double shift. It made us feel awkward but I told her it’s my daughter’s birthday and this is where she wanted to eat so we would wait.Also, it wasn’t busy at all when we walked in. She forgot to bring us our drinks and got my daughter’s order wrong. It didn’t take long for our food to arrive even though she claimed it would take forever. She forgot our dipping sauce, our to go boxes right after we asked for them, took ages to bring us our check. Other waitresses seemed to be on top of their tables so I think ours is just in the wrong job and hates her job. She had dark hair and hearts drawn all over her face on Valentine’s Day.

  I went in for lunch with my best friend. Lunch overall was okay. I ordered an appetizer, a meal and an additional appetizer to take home to my husband. My total was approximately $55. The next day- My husband was checking our bank statements and noticed two charges on our account from BWW. One for $63 and one for $36. We have disputed with our bank- but I would be cautious if I were you and make sure you double check your statements.
