- MMMalayna2 days ago3.0Sometimes the food is fine, other times it’s not good at all. Got a burger with a chunk of burnt meat or something from the grill. Fed up enough to take the time to make this review. Luckily there is another McDonald’s location in town.
- RWRandy Woodward4 days ago3.0Ordered 2 fish fillets. They were on sale so I did not get my military discount on them. Which I totally understand. I also ordered a medium shamrock shake. When I got the window to pick up my order I asked for a side of tartar sauce. They said they would have to charge me for the side. I said ok, well I didn’t get my military discount on the shamrock shake so we can call it even. But no they “had” to charge me for tartar sauce. So instead of just handing me the .25 cents worth of tartar sauce, they refunded my shamrock shake on my order, and then rang it up on a different transaction. Then instead of giving me the 20% discount, the manager gave me a 30% discount. So I ended up getting $1.30 put back on my card. This was a win for me dollar wise, but it took way too long and ended up holding up their drive thru. All they had to do was hand me a 25 cent side of sauce and they would have saved $1.00 and not had their drive thru shut down for several minutes.

Horrible customer service.
