What a huge disappointment!
I would actually put zero stars for today if I could leave a review without putting any.
I realize mistakes happen, but you can always make it right without the customer driving 15-20 minutes back to town for an exchange at the moment.
A simple photo of the receipt and the food would be sufficient to make sure that "The customer is always CORRECT"
My husband ordered 2 chicken gyros just as the receipt shows.
When he got home from town and we opened the paper, I am really not sure what this meat is.
One thing I can assure you is that from the looks, we won't be trying it to find out.
I called back and explained the situation.
Apparently the gentleman who I talked to could care less!
We just threw $26 and some change in the garbage.
We will definitely not be back if they can't even give us a discount for the next time we are in town.
I would have even kept the food and returned it to them if that's what they wanted.
Being a business owner of 40 yrs this year, this type of service is not what has kept us in business this long!
The difference is we actually care about the service and products that great folks trust us to deliver to them!
Apparently, Jimmy John's doesn't, so we will not share our hard earned money with them again in the future!

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a catered order with a company card for a corporate luncheon. And NEVER received it. That was in the middle of December. When I finally saw they actually charged me I called. The worker put me on hold, and the manager was in the background calling me a liar, saying I waited too long and he couldn't do anything. He informed the worker to just say they would call back to get me off the phone. They never called back! I've reached out to corporate twice an STLL NOTHING. They've literally stolen my money. I will NEVER use their services again. I intend to put a complaint everywhere possible. This is extremely unprofessional.
