  Always a positive experience when I visit. The workers are always smiling and friendly, always helpful. My order has always been accurate in the dining room and the drive through. Food is great and location is very contemporary and clean. Thank you all for a great place to grab a quick bite to eat!

  The workers actually let another customer in our bag and grab out cups out and our order wasn't even correct.

  HORRIBLE!! i would go to the one on karsh if you want taco bell!! this place will talk about how you ordered your food right in front of you! We went in to have a take out order and we ordered 2 large nacho fries and 3 roll ups and 1 hard taco. nacho fries was just fries no session, our cheese that comes with them had 1 pump of cheese not even half the container it goes in! The cheese roll up’s we ordered we put fires on them and all they put was 2 fires on each roll up for a charge of 1.00 more! THIS IS PITIFUL and this location needs to be gone! we then called and asked for a manager you could barely hear them on the phone. We told them the complaint all they said was I’m sorry merry Christmas and happy new year. Hope you have a better day and hung up the phone. Never again

  I will admit that I came in with a big order on a day that the fryers were not working, but the workers made everything so much harder. They completely replaced half of our order with soft tacos. We knew the fries and cinnabons would be replaced, but they also didn't give us the chalupa. When we went back to get it replaced, we THEN find out that they couldn't make a chalupa and that they had replaced it with a gordita. But the gordita wasn't in the bag either. They didn't mark any of our boxes that were specialized or custom, and due to such confusion people got the wrong food. I even tried to explain this to the worker that was serving me. I don't remember her name but she has long black hair and two lip piercing holes on her mouth. I was trying to explain that it seemed like we were missing some stuff but that the only thing we could for certain tell was missing was the chalupa. She then explained to me that they couldn't make chalupas but we were never notified when picking our order up in the first place. So they first off replaced the item without telling anyone that placed the order. And then as I'm telling her that we didn't even get the gordita in our bag that she replaced it with, she continued to talk over me, cut me off on multiple sentences to basically tell me that I was wrong, and it got to a point that I literally had to raise my voice and tell her to stop talking so that I could simply explain that the item she claimed to replace the chalupa with did not even get put in the bag. I usually come here every week in the morning and the staff are very polite and never get my order wrong. But today it genuinely seemed like the whole kitchen was being run by confused teenagers who hardly knew how to do their jobs other than just handing you the food and telling you to get out.
