Waited in line at the drive thru for over 10 minutes, got home and my chicken salad sandwich is about half the size they used to be, with maybe a tablespoon of chicken salad!! Definitely no longer worth the money!! The cashier was friendly though.

I almost never write reviews, but this Panera in Farmington deserves it — and that’s 100% because of Ally, the manager. I’ve watched a lot of Paneras go downhill, but this one is a total standout.
I accidentally placed a mobile order at the wrong location (completely my fault), the food there sadly went to waste, and even Panera’s main customer service couldn’t fix it — but Ally solved it instantly and gave me a full refund without hesitation.
She was kind, fast, and so on top of things that it honestly shocked me in the best way. Farmington is insanely lucky to have this Panera, and Panera is even luckier to have Ally — please give her a raise and let her teach the rest of the company how it’s done.

Ordered coffee and it didn't taste right. It seemed like it got switched with hazelnut flavor and was suppose to be drk roast
Staff and place were nice
