- MLMatt Limpert1 day ago1.0This was the worst location I have ever been too! 1:52pm on Saturday 1/10/26. Lunch for 2 people. 1. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks. No staws. Asked for some straws and I eventually had to go get our own straws from the bar. No big deal. 2. Around 40 minutes later, we get our food. No silverware or napkins. Asked twice before i had to go back to the bar side and get them myself. 3. Asked for the check. Then asked two more times over a 15 minute period. 4. Waitress talked us into downloading the app for 10 free wings to go. We get home and for the love of Pete, didnt even get that! We received 6 wings. Farmington really disappointed us. This location really needs some attention for better training regarding customer service. I don't complain about service, but this was the worst. Management should know how awful our experience was and hopefully will make adjustments.

- AWArianna WardDec 29, 20252.0Me and my boyfriend went here and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and whenever I took a bite into it the sandwich it was completely raw I told them and they took my plate then the manager told us everything was on them cause my chicken sandwich was completely raw so they paid for our meal and they let me pick anything I wanted from the menu for them to make for me as a replacement meal ovary the food was good besides that chicken sandwhich
- CKColleen KennonDec 22, 20251.0Took 15 minutes to get a drink for me about 35 minutes for my husband they forgot it we sat for 42 minutes waiting on our food and it was all wrong and the waitress put my fries on my husbands plate and told me to eat them off his tray I had to get up to get two items we still needed and ask the girl coming out of the back the food quality is getting worse and portions less but the price has risen it’s not worth it Plus there was dressing all over the carpet in the aisle And no one ever cleaned it up for over an hour the waitresses just kept walking over it That’s pretty pathetic I do not suggest this place

The environment is lovely and they work like a well oiled machine my food came out on time and nothing was wrong my drink was never empty! I would recommend Madison as your server!!!
