  Absolutely love this location! The manager Ethan has come to check on my order most times when I am there. You can tell the team loves their jobs and it's because his leadership.

  Beginning with the good: I like the variety of flavors and the blue building lights add a modern touch to the Farmington landscape. The staff have always been friendly. Here's where 7 Brew needs immediate improvement: Customer service & experience. First, there needs to be a menu to help people decide before they get to the front. I was trapped in the inner lane behind a SUV ordering multiple drinks and having trouble deciding for 10 minutes before I could even order & leave. Second, there needs to be a way for staff to either ask people if they are rewards members and/or if they would like a receipt. This was only my second visit and, while the lady was friendly and fast, she was unable to give me my rewards credit & receipt once I paid. She did apologize, but, nonetheless, it was disappointing. There should be a way for people to order online and pay ahead so we get rewards guaranteed.

  I’ve been there several times since they opened. Slightly biased review since my son Manages it, however I have always been honest with my kids when they need to step up their game. I think he and his crew are doing great. Every drink I’ve had was great. I love the basics…Hot tea and Lattes. I had one of the best Lattes I’ve ever had last time I was in town. It’s new and has been slammed, but I felt they have been killing it with a crew that almost entirely knew.

  When I first came here, they were great. Drinks made perfectly, very friendly staff. Now that their support has left, they've made my drink wrong the last 3 times even tho I've ordered it there at least 10 times. Not sure where the disconnect is happening. One of the times I went back and politely told them not enough scoops were added (as it tasted only like sparkling water and a small amount of cream. Even the color was off) and the girl told me the manager would remake it. This was the morning of black friday so I hated even being a bother. "Manager" remade it and it had more color but still didn't taste right. I usually suck my drink down because it's so good and I threw this one out. I'm confused on how it went from being perfectly made prior to this to now they cant make it right. I skipped a couple days and my husband went today for the first time since and when he got home he realized it was made with no cream. I was really enjoying this location but now they are slipping up and it bums me out because I cant keep going there and having my stuff made wrong and wasting my money. I feel bad asking for a remake let alone multiple times. Get it together guys pretty please 🥲
