  Ordered 20 minutes before we arrived, and it said it would take 15. Stopped in the nearby dollar general, then pulled over to the pizza hut. It was 5 minutes after we had placed our order. 1 pizza was done. Other pizza was not, and they said they ran out of large hand tossed, so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes for 2 medium hand tossed. When we got home, large pizza had mixed marina (not what we ordered) and garlic parmesean sauce (what we ordered). In synopsis, they made us wait far longer than originally said, gave us the wrong pizza (sauce wise), and it was just overall bad customer service.

  We ordered a pasta plus 2 large pizzas, and 2 things of cheesesticks, they forgot the cheesesticks and it took them over 2 and a half hours and more then 2 phone calls back to the restaurant for then to come aback and fix their mistake!

  2nd time in a row picking up food that that the staff hasn't even bothered to start cooking yet. What's the point of a 20min wait when you have to wait another 20min when you arrive.

  Went to give pizza hut another try because it had been awhile, this was my pizza. The pizza looks like someone's rejected pizza that they didn't want. Multiple slices are falling apart and taste stale. Not coming back no wonder their reviews are tanking. Update: food made my whole family sick, DO NOT EAT HERE.
