  I came to this McDonald's on April 8th for dinner time. The guy at the drive thru was beyond rude and he was continuously scratching his head while handling people's food. He had no smile, his customer service was horrible. When did it become okay to not have to wear a hair net while working in the food industry?

  Just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they only moved two cars in that 20 minutes, got to the microphone and sat another 5 minutes and still hadn’t had my order taken. The previous time I went to this specific McDonalds, I went inside ordered at the kiosk & walked up to the counter with my ticket in hand to pay cash and the manager was packing food for the drive thru orders. 5 different employees made eye contact with me multiple times. The manager made eye contact with me multiple times and didn’t say anything. Walked out. Avoid this McDonalds!

  I have been going to this McDonald's for years last,6 months I have concerns standing waiting for someone to take your order employees including management sees you but do nothing average wait in the lobby 25 minutes unless their busy only concerns are for drive through and door dash and I have seen customers ask for their money back cause they were tired of waiting and if you do complain their fix is coupons the owner needs to step up and fix the issues at hand cause the management hasn't got a clue

  When I got my fries they were hard as a rock and cold they smelled bad they barely filled up the McDonald's large fry container at least my two McChickens were perfectly fine

  I visit this mcdonalds typically at night as I work late. Every single time I go, my order is always messed up. It's sad that we as the customers that pay for already over priced food have to deal with poor service to the point that the crew members themselves don't even bother to have a good interaction with their customers.
