    Pizza wasn’t made at the time stated and they told me 10 more minutes 3 different times. I couldn’t trust them that It was going to be done. so I gave up had them cancel the order.

    Tonight I ordered from doordash but I was missing my wings when received my order. I called to talk to someone from the store but when I mentioned I ordered from doordash I was cut-off and was told to contact door dash. Sorry but I dont think doordash made the food. It is the stores responsibility to make sure the order is correct. Poor management.

    Order extra sauce they barely put sauce on the pizza happens everytime I order they don't know how to satisfy a paying customer it's ridiculous don't recommend ordering here Casey's is right next door they are better

    The food was hot and ready when promised, and the staff was friendly I rated 4 Stars (for service)... but both our pizza and wings were overcooked (extra crispy), since this is Pizza Hut and NOT KFC I rated 3 stars (for Food). As for the atmosphere, being that they shut off all the lights in the lobby as well as the outside building lights and the parking lot lights as soon as I stepped out of my car when attempting to pick up my carryout order then motioned me to get back in my car and go to the pick-up window instead of just letting me in the lobby retrieve my order I rated 2 stars (for "atmosphere ") which would leave me with an overall rating of 3½ stars but since no half stars are allowed I will have to settle on a final 3 star (overall review)

    We had to ask for plates after they brought pizzas & did not come & ask us if we wanted refill drinks until we were almost done. Service could be a little better, but the pizza was good.
