Would really love for the order to be right for once, paid extra for Mac sauce and there was none. They claimed they ran our of sweet and sour sauce and gave us a honey mustard l, this wouldn't be so frustrating if it didn't happen so often

I have been to a lot of McDonald’s in the greater Kansas City area and this one is the best one to get a frappe at. I don’t know what they do different but whatever it is is amazing.

There is a sign on the window that says 2 for $5 on breakfast sandwiches. When I tried to order, they said they haven't taken the sign down yet and they won't honor it.

Worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been too. They can’t ever get your order right. It’s always cold. I’ve ordered multiple times and every single time. I’m missing something or it’s not correct such a waste of time and money

I am still standing here and have asked for a refund as my order was placed 38 minutes ago. I was told again it would be right out and please wait. I just would love to leave but would like my money back and think this is complete crap. Worst run and worst everything of any McDonald's I have ever seen. There are as a note 5 Uber orders left as it took so long they just left. I have photos and times to back this and all of my statements up. My order number is 1633 in case a owner or manager wants to follow up
