    Went through the drive thru and they messed the order up. The manager became irate and said, “you mean to tell me that they spent $35?” She was insinuating that my family was less than. I can’t believe they continue to let people like this work for them. Nobody wants to be yelled at and treated like trash. This woman should be fired.

    Put in a curbside order at 7:32 finally had to get my grandson out of the car who was asleep and go inside at 7:57 because they still had not brought my order. When I went in and asked why they just didn't shut off curbside if they didn't have anybody to walk them out. The guy said he was waiting on the drink. Well if there was a problem with the drink that we had ordered which we ordered Sprite. Why would you not come out and ask if there was something else they could give us to expedite our order. The whole point of ordering curbside was to have it brought out to us. I chose that option instead of the drive-thru as it was super busy. But as I watched the line get busy and clear get busy and clear. I realized I may not be getting grandson's food unless I go in. Ridiculous horrible service

    This is the absolute worst mcdonald's I've ever been to. their employees are ABSOLUTELY worthless and thier wait times are even worse. I get it fast food workers are fast food workers and they won't be much more than that, but damn are they bad at their jobs.

    Watched them hand a bag of food and a tea to the car in front of me then take it all back and try to hand it to me she then took it back again and handed it to the people behind me. Once food enters somebody elses car it needs to stay there and this is like day 1 resturant biz stuff. Nasty.
