- BJBrandi “Jewells” Jewell3 days ago1.0I ordered my coffee on the app to be ready at 7:25. I looked and didn't see it. I approached the pickup and the man said it's coming up. That was at 7:33, and he then proceeded to walk away. I waited at the front. The cashier took the customer in front of me. When it was my turn I asked why it's taken 14 minutes, he said someone may have taken it. I said I did tell the other man and he walked away, I would like a refund. He proceeded to make my coffee. I was late to work. What is the point in ordering your coffee ahead of a customer and can walk in and order and get their order before yours? I also tipped. I will not be back at this location

Now my address is barred from ordering delivery from this location. Horrible service and their loss because we order so much through door dash. Just don't waste your time.
