  Has to be the WORST McDonalds in the franchise. Tried to get breakfast here this morning, pull up long long line in drive thru. It starts to move, I finally get up to place my order. Then line just STOPS for LONG LONG LONG LONG time. NO movement, none. zero. You could go to a sit down restraurant, place your order, have a waitress bring you your food FASTER than the drive thru at his dump. I was lucky enough to be able to pull out of line and drive off, as was a few others who gave up. What a waste of time. Total incompetence. DONT DO IT.

  Order a Dbl fish only to received 1 filet. Return to get my 2nd filet and because of the inconvenience I asked to add a tomato. I got the 3rd degree on the matter stating that wasn't ordered originally. I kindly informed them I ordered a dbl fish filet and didn't get that either. So what's ur point. Needless to say they added the tomato with an attitude and a lukewarm filet on top. Because I was pressed for time me asking for a fresh filet wasn't in my time slot! 🤦🏾‍♂️

  Bonnie and Wyatt were so pleasant and kind. It was a very refreshing experience from typical food service interactions. The are great representation of your store.

  The reason I gave one star on service and food because my order couldn’t have been more wrong if they would have tried. I ordered a double cheeseburger with no ketchup and I got a cheeseburger with only ketchup. I hate ketchup. I guess it’s my fault for not double checking my order until I got on the highway and having faith that people can do their jobs competently.

  I believe ownership has changed. There is a culture of scarcity that is a bit off putting. Drinks are no longer self service and other than napkins and coffee add-ons, you have to go through someone to get what you need. Ketchup does sit out but it's constantly blocked by a customer picking up their food. This wouldn't be as big of an issue if they didn't just have a single register and seldom someone in the counter readily available to service customers. My hot cakes breakfast did not come with utensils so by the time I was able to get someone's attention to get them, my food had already cooled down. Lastly, if you order lunch right at the cut-off be prepared for a long wait. Took over 15 minutes. I do like the design and ambience better, but the culture of scarcity leaves a lot to be desired. When ready to leave, my daughter said shewas thirsty so I was faced with a choice: 1) Wait in line for 10 minutes for a cup of water 2) Drive home for the same 10 minutes and get water there The choice was simple. Food was great and well made, at least.
