    Placed an online order and when I arrived they said they did not receive it. I showed them my receipt that clearly showed the date and time placed. After going back and forth with the two staff members(one being “Gary”) Gary then handed me his phone to talked to his manager. The manager pretty much just told me to place it again. I’m pregnant and all I wanted was a sandwich and cookie (also got my husband food) I placed the order in person just to get home and realize my TWO cookies were not in the bag. I called the establishment as I am NOT planning on ever returning and asked for a refund. Gary repeatedly told me to just get them next time. Once I told him I am never returning after my (first) experience today and would just like a refund he hung up. Giving Gary the benefit of the doubt I called back and said “hey we were just speaking and I think you hung up on me?” And he said “yep”. I again asked for a refund and told him I would never be returning to this establishment which he told me no. I guess I will just end up disputing the whole order with my bank instead since they won’t refund my $2.00 for cookies I wanted.

    I brought on the app for the bogo. The bogo deal didnt go through but the order for 1 sub did. Wouldnt honer the deal

    Arrived at 8:02pm on a Thursday evening. The 2 employees behind the counter didn't bother looking in our direction. Asked if they were closed and they finally looked over and replied that they were open until 9pm. Asked for a meatball sub and was told the meatballs were put away (nearly 1 hour before closing time). While paying for a sandwich (that wasn't even what we wanted because the meatballs were already "put up") one employee was dragging the chip rack behind us to put away for closing. Don't bother stopping here. Go to Subway in Jeff or Osage Beach instead.
