    Painfully slow. Workers showed no interest in making my order. This was at 6:38 on Dec 30. Lost my order. Expensive for what I ordered. Just saw an employee leaving to go outside for a smoking break. Missed 1 of the 3 items that I ordered.

    Tried to order through drive through. SLOW as can be. No heads up that they’ll be taking my order soon, no customer service of any kind. Waited 10 min to put my order in and gave up. Went next door to Burger King and got my food before the car that was behind me at Taco Bell had even put his order in.

    Not sure what happened to this location but it has really gone down hill. It takes the workers 15+ minutes to serve you in the drive-thru. Tonight, they have turned off the menu board. They then told us to wait a minute and look over the menu.....while they waited 10 minutes to take our order. Then, we noticed the employees from Taco Bell walking back from Burger King with his headset on! Do yourself a favor and drive a little further down the road to the other Taco Bell.

    This location used to be great, but the past 4 or 5 times we've tried to come the staff was making it impossible to get an order. Just watched 2 of the employees (yes, the one taking the orders on headset) walk back from Burger King while we sat at the speaker waiting to order. Half the time the door is locked and the other half they act like any cars in the drive thru is overwhelming and you end up waiting 20-30 minutes to get your food.
