She talked robotic and abrupt and was VERY unfriendly and made it VERY obivous that she absolutely HATED her job. This happened today 02/23/2026 at 11:44 AM. She needs a serious attitude adjustment and NOT be allowed to deal with the public. Put her in the back kitchen and she can take out her issues making the burgers. I know I will NOT be back. There used to be an older lady working the drive through and she was very friendly and pleasant.

The breakfast burrito jr.’s from this location are outstanding, and such customer service is incredibly hard to find in this industry. Beyond the great service, the other food at this location seems to be a step above other locations in the area. Overall this is a great example of what a Burger King should be, from the food to the service. Thank you!
